Recruitment and Job Counseling

Summary:

In general terms, this IpLearn solution could identify a job position for a candidate, or a candidate for a job position based on, for example, the candidate’s profile and preferences and the position’s characteristics. The solution could then identify learning objectives for the job position and selects learning materials to prepare the identified candidate for the job position–intelligently linking together a job position, a candidate’s profile, and appropriate learning materials.

This solution could help a person in transition select a new job position and then find the appropriate training needed for the person to fill that job position. It could also help a company identify and recruit candidates for a job, and determine the amount of additional training each candidate needs to do the job.
